WHOLO MILK
Milk obtained from a healthy Animal in which no substantial change has been made in its composition is called whole milk .this type of milk is called milk of cow,goat, buffalo .the minimum content of fat and non fat solids in whole milk has been kept at 3.5% and 8.5% in cow and 6%and 9% in buffalo ,respectively .

Reconstituted milk
when milk is prepared by dissolving milk powder in water ,in which 1 pat milk powder and 7 to 9 parts , water is mixed ,it is called reconstituted milk .

Recombined milk -
This milk which is prepared by mixing fixed amounts of butter oil, pressed milk powder and water is called recombine milk . in which the amount of fat - free solids at 8.7% .
